My new Shabbat candle holders. This is an underglaze that did fun things during bisque firing.
I borrowed a technique from Native American ceramics, then added a "symbol" from my tribe. The letters spell out the Hebrew word for bowl.
I'm a fiber artist and I work with fabric, yarn, beads and clay.
