Snow in the desert is a once or twice a year event. These photos were taken before breakfast and the snow was gone by 10:00 am. On my way home from work tonight, I got to see the full moon rise over the snow covered Organ Mountains. It was lovely.

That's the snow we have now, somehow it's prettier on the desert than the streets of Broomfield.
